We start from a sound ISO shell and add the doors, power, insulation, and interior your site actually needs. Nothing is built until the list and the price are in writing.
Most modifications start as a 10, 20, or 40 ft dry container. The shop then cuts openings, frames them, and finishes the interior if people will occupy the space.
Common builds are guard shacks, open offices, half office and half storage, concession windows, and insulated rooms. Refrigerated containers are a different product: they arrive with factory insulation and a cooling machine, and we quote them from the reefer listings.
Send a sketch, even a rough one. Door side, window count, and the voltage on site are enough to start a real number.
Each line is its own quote. Combine them on one container.
Personnel doors, roll-up doors, and full side openings.
Windows, serving sliders, and security bars.
Lighting, outlets, insulation, and mini-splits.
Partitions, shelves, finished floors, and paint.
These are quoted per container. Pick a line and tell us the shell you want it on.
